Question Problem with Rog Strix Arion SSD Enclosure & Kingston A2000 SSD ?

As the title says - I bought the SSD enclosure since I have a number of SSDs that I use for external storage purposes. Sadly transferring files - like say recorded video conferences - 2-3 GB big are limited to 40 mb/s transfer speed.

Please tell me if I can provide any other information that might be relevant. It is driving me insane to move files with these speeds - since I transfer them faster via cloud otherwise. There are no drivers from what I see and I cannot figure out what is limiting the speed.

what is your system? using usb c 3.2 on the computer?

1. USB Port type and version.
2. Windows Version
3. Type of copy (Images or video ) and multiple files or single file
