problem with samsung evo 750 120g after one year used

I feel some lag when i use win10 , and game (overwatch , PUBG) crashed when playing for about 3 minutes ,so i ran as-ssd-benchmark. It seems can't past the 4k test (I don't know the meaning ) . Is there problem with this ssd ,should i return it to samsung to fix it ?

The hard drive is probably the last thing I would look at when it comes to games crashing. You need to list full system specs, including power supply brand and model. Did you try a clean Windows setup? Do a virus scan?
