Guys I am building a new rig, my specs
Amd ryzen 3800X
MSI Pro Gaming Carbon Wifi x570
Sapphire Pulse Rx 5700XT
PSU Be Quiet 700W

After connecting everything my pc doesn't display a thing,HDMI says No Signal. was the card already dead from Walmart?😥

have you tried display port?

do you have an alternative monitor or television you can plug into?
