[SOLVED] Problem with screen

What can possibly be wrong? I have changed cables and ports on the gpu and still same problem

Does this happen in some game? What game? All games?
Does this happen on windows desktop also?

Was it working properly before? What changed?
Did you damage the screen physically?

Its like this all the time (picture is from desktop), I can see stuff moving but cant really read or click anything since I can see sh!t , started to happen randomly today, yesterday all fine. Nothing special has happen to the monitor before it began

What video cable is being used?

Just to be clear - do you have those weird colors even before booting into windows? In BIOS also?

Sadly it always boots up from my second screen so cant say that I know about that, 5800x, rtx 2080s, m2 ssd, the screen is a PG259QN, I even bought the latest dp cabel for it a month ago. The second screen is all fine, as I said I have swapped cables and ports between the two screens and between the gpu ports but same thing happens again

Then shut down and disconnect second screen. Start your pc.
Do colors still appear weird? Even in BIOS?
