Problem with settings

Whenever I put my settings in r6 siege to very high the game runs at 75fps but when on high it runs on 45 fps same with mid . My drivers are up to date and my specs are:
I5 7400
8gb ram
H110mk
Rx 560 4gb
1tb hdd
at 1080p

Does the issue exhibit itself when on other titles? If so then you may need to first check your motherboard BIOS is up to date and that you've uninstalled and reinstalled your AMD drivers with the latest revision. You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU.

No it doesn't happen on other titles and my psu is a huntkey 700w (couldn't find anything smaller)
