Hello all, lately I've been having really weird problems with my computer. My sound will randomly stop working and this also causes whatever game I am playing to momentarily have a pretty big FPS drop.
This is temporarily fixed by restarting the windows audio service in task manager - but the issue comes back in 10-30 minutes.
My temperatures are all normal for my hardware (I know what the safe temps are etc).
These issues have only started since I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7. Any help or advice to troubleshoot would be really appreciated, thanks.
My specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 2.0
GPU: GTX 970
RAM: CORSAIR VENGANCE 8GB ( 2 X 4GB ) DDR3 -1600MHZ
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
PSU: CORSAIR TX650W
OS: Windows 10 Pro
No sound card etc.
