Question Problem with the HyperX Cloud Flight.

I´ve bought these headphones and worked fine but when I turn them on it makes like a pop or crack noise, then it turns on with no further problem but this is an annoying sound and I don´t know if it is normal and it happens to everyone or only me. I will be very grateful for the help.

Does the headset exhibit the issue when paired to other devices/laptops/PC's? Does the noise come up when the volume on the headset is turned all the way down, then shut off then powered back up?

Thanks for the welcome! Yes, the problem still there when I turn all the way down the volumen and turn it off and on again. Also si still there when I use ir on other device. It's like a problem from the headset I think
