Question Problem with the RGB hub for the Kolink Observatory case ?

Hello.

I have a problem with the RGB hub for the Kolink Observatory case which I bought second hand without knowing it needed a remote control and I think I found the problem which is that the power maxal cable that powers the hub has one of it's pins loose but I can't find a replacement anywhere, and dont know it's exact name for both ends. Would greatly appreciate anyone's help

usually you would need to contact the manufacturer's support services and purchase directly from any in-house parts store available.

there's been a few times though that i've needed to replace fan and LED hubs in cases with retail versions because the prices for replacement+shipping were ridiculous.
