Problem with the schema master server

In the DCDIAG tool I receive this message

The DIAS server had a crash two years ago and it was reinstalled. I want to
demote the DIAS server to member server (it is our file server) without
reinstalling the OS.

Also is it possible to transfer the Schema master to another DC without
problems (corruptions in the DC Svhema).

You can use NTDSUTIL to seize the FSMO roles to the next available "capable"
DC
