Question Problem with trident z advertised frequency on asus b450-f

Hi, friends! I have some problems with my ram and motherboard and I would appreciate enormously any help you can give me. I built my latest PC with a Ryzen 5 3600x, an Asus b450-f gaming and two modules of G.Skill trident z 3200 mHz 8 Gb each one. When I enter the BIOS and try to put the ram frequency to 3200 mhz as it's advertised after saving the changes my PC restarts and it never gives video again. I have to restart the BIOS taking out the battery of the motherboard to be able to use it again every time I try to set the ram to 3200 mhz. I change the Ai Overclock tuner (Auto) to D.O.C.P standar and it changes the following:

• BCLK frequency (Auto) >100.0000
• Memory frequency (auto) > 3200 mhz
• Latencys to 16-18-18-18-38
• DRAM voltage (auto) > 1.35000

if I'm not mistaken the values are the correct ones. I dont know what could be the problem. Sorry for my lame english, I'm from argentina . Thanks in advance!

try 1 stick?
did the 2 come in as a kit?

I tried with 1 stick and the result is the same . Yes, they came as a kit.

In which slots did you install the sticks?
