When I turn on my laptop there appears a "setup" window that doesn't do anything but it slows my laptop start up. I have an anti-virus and when I scan PC no problems are found. I think this started after I tried installing some software to use my Dualshock 3 on my pc. I deleted and uninstalled all the files I could find connected with this. I added a link at the end that should take you straight to the screenshot of my problem. I already tried to block the process from starting on Windows start up but the process doesn't appear on that list. If someone might have an idea of how to get rid of this it would be great. Any help would be appreciated and thanks in advance. https://plus.google.com/u/0/photos/111265657179618976600/albums/6190013838067093601/6190013843611794866

Solution
Download ccleaner and go to the tools and statup section. Then you can manually disable items in the list until you figure out what process it is.

Once you know the name and location you can fully remove it from your PC
