Question Problem with Windows security, any advice please?

Hello everyone, please guys can anyone help me to get rid of this problem?
I press on "start actions" then this window disappear but after a while the same problem appears again.

What can i do? I made several scans but i can't fix this. Any advice? Check the link with the image. Thanks in advance!!!

Install and run Malwarebyes. It should help. You can also run Defender in off-line mode to help with this.

I did all that and i still have the same problem... very annoying! I don't want to reinstall windows....
