Question Problem with Xiaomi 34-inch curved monitor on Windows 10 ?

Hello.
i have xiaomi monitor 34 inch curve with resolution 3440 * 1440 and i use a GTX 730 with max resolution 3880 * 2160.
i have problem with my monitor . when connect my monitor to pc, in display settings i have recommend resolution 3440 * 1440 but i also see another resolution ("not recommended") its 3880 * 2160 in display settings.

When i set it to 3880 * 2160 my monitor freezes and after 2 or 3 times on and off my pc restart. and its not working until i change my windows.
i dont know whats the problem . my monitor work correctly in recommended resolution but i want to know why dosent work on 3880 * 2160 resolution ?
My graphic card is correct because i use it on sony 4k tv and it was working correct.

what do you mean why? your monitor max is 3440x1440

math said 3880 is greater than 3440 and 2160 is greater than 1440

3880 x 2160 resolution says "not recommended" for a good reason ---- your monitor does not support it.
Use the recommended resolution/native resolution as shown in the monitor specifications.
