Hello,
when i scan my pc with avast 5 then 30 viruses were found but when i deleated all the virus then my window media player is not running why is it so

Because virus has before delete 'living' on mediaplayer. And avast delete it. Solution-reinstall media player or windows. Hope that helped

Run #1 and than #2 to be sure that all pest is gone and than u can proceed to fix the aftermath!

Depends on the virus, the damage could be total and u may still end up reinstalling the system.
