Problems before hand

Will there be any problems swapping my factory built old tower into a newer case

ACER ASPIRE M3201 (all stock PSU MB etc)

My motherboard

My concern are the motherboard and PSU not fitting and the power switch being special on acer machines ((my bios is set to boot every morning on it's own so I don't think I need to worry about the power switch to much

The case I want to use is the fractal design core 3000 (no PSU 3 fans included)

Or fractal design define r4 (no PSU fans included

And prob March 2016 I would strip the entire computer and build new inside it just needs to do it's job until then as my case is a nuance and the fractal cases are cheap at the moment

There should be no problems swapping your system into a new case. Your motherboard is Micro-ATX form factor (a standard) and your front panel header appears to be "normal" so the front panel connectors should work fine.

Ok thanks for that would I need to swap the power supply or do you think that would fit also

The PSU will go into a Fractal Design case (either one) no problems there either but that does bring up a point and that would be the PSU cable lengths, they may be a little short on the current PSU but that would be my only real concern about the swap (there are extensions available if needed). I'm thinking you'll be okay (after consulting a few different pictures of the inside)
