Problems in Skyrim with Lucia ( PC )

I adopted her almost moth ago but for few days now she keeps following me.It does not matter what I say to her she still keeps asking me like ,,do you need something mama (I have a female dark elf) " .SHE WON"T LEAVE ME ALONE. I must leave town if I want her to stop. Any ides how to fix this ?? I tried with gifts,money,playing games with her but she just keeps asking the same questions over and over again.

Do you have mods installed?
If yes, that's the problem.
If no, have you tried telling her to go home? What city do you live in? Why not try asking on a skyrim forum?

I do have mods but I don't think that they are the problem .Haven't change any mods since I adopted her.
Yes,I tried everything that can be done as the conversation goes.
I live in Whiterun and I have a mod called better breezhome or something like that. Gotta admit that that mod does have issues with other mods but nothing that could effect Lucia....or at leeast I think.It all started when I came back from a quest in Solhsteim .When I came back to Whiterun...POOF.She just can't leave me lone.Now I don't even play Skyrim because of that.Anyway, I noticed that my skills went wrong . When I enter skills menu I get like Archery 00as9187 or 00000023 for block .I made the numbers up but, you get the point.

Sounds like your mods are breaking things.
It happens.
Those numbers are the Hexadecimal ID numbers of the skills (and everything else really).
