Problems Installing Radeon Software Crimson Edition (16.1)

I download and I install the drivers successfully, but after the reboot, the drivers are at the old version. It still says to upgrade to 16.1. Removed my Anti-virus as suggested but no luck. Please help

Just start all over... Remove the AMD drivers... restart... then you shouldn't have anything, right? Install Crimson then.. I would also download them from the AMD Website.

Removed the drivers, intalled them again, restarted, same old. Installed from the amd website

I think i am running AMD Crimson Edition 15.12.
But i cant upgrade to 16.1

Had a similar problem where the installation failed every time. The only solution was to get a older driver and it worked, just get the version before the 16.1 and it should work. You should uninstall the old ones before, you could do it manually or with Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)
