Problems Reaching 150mhz FSB on i815e

I read Tom's guide on overclocking the Intel i815e chipset to a 150mhz FSB. I can get the FSB to 146mhz but anything higher causes my system to crash regularly. I have been trying to figure out what may be keeping me from the sweet 150mhz mark but I can't think of anything. I will list what im using and maybe you guys can help me out. I made sure to set the CAS Latency to 3 and I even lowered the RAM speed to 100mhz but the system still hangs. The only thing I was pondering was whether I needed to increase the voltage of the chip but I'm not that savvy so I'll let you guys respond to that.

Asus CUSL2 (Intel i815e)
128MB Crucial 133mhz Ram CS=2
Anhialator 2 Ultra 64MB DDR
Sound Blaster Live
2 Realtek 10MB PCI Ethernet
Western Digital 20GB ATA/66 7200RPM
Windows 98SE

You will need to raise your voltage to about 1.70v, maybe 1.75v. You should actually be able to get to 160 or higher with this CPU. Set your memory to Cas3 and 3-3-3 to get it over 146. If you need more help, check out the forums at www.cusl2.com

Just up the voltage a little bit. I had a 733 for a while on a CUSL2 and I managed 166 MHz fsb (with some sweet Infineon ram that ran 166 MHz CAS3)

Really love your peaches wanna shake your tree.

Now that I have increased the voltage slightly I can reach the 150mhz mark. When I try to 155mhz my system is still hanging even if I increase the voltage to 1.75. Is it safe to increase the voltage any higher to try and get the system stable?

If you can try slower memory timings, or change the bus ration from 133/133/33 to 133/100/33. If that doesn't help, try higher voltage, I agree with silverpig that 1.85v is a good place to stop. Other people have had theirs much higher than that, but I like to play it safe.
