Hi,
My PC does not start as intended. Lately, I've always had to take the cmos battery out of the motherboard, wait for 10 secs, and then put it back in, to start my PC. If I don't do this, my PC will sound like it's starting but will just keep showing a black screen forever.
Once my PC starts, when I've taken the cmos out and put it back in, i'm able to choose between running setup (which takes me to BIOS) or loading the standard settings. I'll run the setup and choose my SATA harddrive as boot device, and I'm able to use my PC without any problems. Games and everything else work fine and I don't think my motherboard is broken, nor that my power supply is having problems, otherwise my PC wouldn't run so flawlessly.
The only problems is starting my PC.
Please let me know if you have any ideas. They will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Max
