Problems w/ PC

Alright, so I wake up, and my PC turns on, however I don't get a singnal and the front led light is just kind of blinking. Why exactly is this happening?

Thank you. Actually just ordered a new RAM module and mobo, so I'll probably figure out the problem in a few days.
