Problems when booting my pc.

In the last days,i've been having a problem with my pc when I boot it up.
So when i open it up,everything goes fine like i see the win10 loading screen and stuff,and suddenly a black screen.The mouse cursor is still on the screen but after 3 seconds after the blackscreen starts i cant move it.Also my keyboards leds wont work.Then I need to shutdown my pc by holding the power button for some seconds.After,when I boot it up,everything works fine,I can use my pc normally etc.
What could be the problem?

Are you overclocking your cpu? Or maybe your gpu? They could cause those symptoms.

Nope I'm not overclocking anything.

Try going into your BIOS and choosing 'optimal options' or something like that, or 'fail-safe options', then try to boot again. If all else fails, reinstall Windows.
