Question Problems when installing, unistalling, or updating drivers BSOD VIDEO_TDR_FAILIARE atikmpag.sys

So after countless hours of this:Question - Pc shut down when i touched gpu | Tom's Hardware Forum I decid I will switch to my old gear which is a 350w psu and aradeon HD6570 excpet when I went and uninstalled the drivers , It glitched out restartd the pc and bsod giving the error code above. I tried countless online solutions , nothing seemed to work. Thought I would ccome here to the talented people of this forum Plz help me I am broke so I can't buy any thing ans dplz check the forum that I have linked

go to safe mode to uninstall driver

I have already done that but now I have booted from a windows usb and now without doing anything I am in my desktop it just black screens and restarts then gives me the bsod VIDEO_TDR_FAILLIAURE.

what do you mean boot from windows usb? are you try to install windows?
latest installation media from microsoft website?

yes I formated my drive and reinstalled windows
