Just finished with new build. Configuration is as follows:

Asus Rampage V Extreme
Intel I7-5960x
Corsair Vengance LPX DDR4-2666, UEFI BIOS Build 0802
Evga Geforce GTX670 FTW
2x Intel SSD 520 240GB
2x WD Green 3TB
Win 8.1 x64 Pro

Am trying to generate system, goes through preparing files to move, then goes to re-boot, goes into a wait state with an error code of "6D". Everytime I go back and try to re-start, or do anything it goes to wait state.

Have:removed CMOS and them re-set, Have tried boot with 1 stick of memory and graphics card (it boots ok), have tried all devices connected (it boots ok) .

Am at a loss - ASUS support no help - any suggestions as to the problem?

Using Thermaltake Hyper 612 Version 2. This was after H100i pump failed.Eight sticks of 4GB each. Four sticks per box, Two boxes. Have not tried testing testing each stick.

Mixing the two sets could be causing problems (nevver a good idea to mix packages of DRAM - even the same exact model), might try raising the VCCSA (your system agent voltage), with the X79s often had to take it to 1.25 with a full load of sticks
