Problems with drivers!

Hi! (First of all, i´m spanish, i don´t speak english quite good) Today I was trying to install my new headphones (Corsair Void RGB) and i couldn´t install them in my pc, i readed a few posts of people with the same problem and a guy recomended to unistall the drivers (them install automatically when you conect the headphones) and now I can detect them on my computer. Any help?

Go to the downloads tab from this link and download the "Corsair Utility Engine (CUE) Software v1.16.42"
http://www.corsair.com/en-us/void-usb-dolby-7-1-gaming-headset

Then restart the computer and see if it recognizes the headset.

I´ve tryed to solve the problem reinstalling this program a lot of times, but i tryed once more with the same result, it doesen´t works. I must say that my headphone it´s the wireless version, and as i read in the manual, this softwhare is not a driver, it´s just a softwhare to configurate the headpone (colors of the leds, etc...). But the most amazing part is that my computer recognizes my headphones (i can change the volume from them) but at the time to set them in the control panel, it don´t appear.
