Problems with my build

I have a problem with my own build PC. I have rebuild my PC in a different case (Inter-Tech W III RGB) and it feels like my components aren't getting any power at all. I have replugged the cables and still no luck. I earthed myself and made sure there is no metal-on-metal with the components, so no short circuit going on somewhere.

My specs are:

MSI B85-G43 Gaming
MSI Radeon 560 R9 4GB
Intel i5 4460K
CoolerMaster Masterliquid
8GB RAM
450 watt PSU

Hopefully this gets resolved before I let someone come over for it

Solution

Try and go for at least an 80+ Bronze certified or higher. You don't want to go cheap on PSUs you risk frying your computer.

The problem was the standoffs and a PSU that was too weak to run all fans at once so I found the problem and know what to upgrade next, thanks a lot!!

It's a Corsair V450, but it wasn't too bad
