[SOLVED] Problems with my i7 9700k and rtx 2070 build

Hey i built a pc in april 2019

I7 9700k
Rtx 2070
16 gb corsaid vengence ram
240 gigabyte ssd 2tb wd hdd
Corsair vs550
Msi z390-a pro motherboard

One of the problems i am having with this pc is constant lag and freezing and my gpu usage going to 100% out of nowhere and makes pc freezes for like 30 seconds at a time.
Another problem is my audio stutters like crazy and it sounds like a robot whilst playing music or watching something and it starts lagging like crazy.
And lastly my monitor just goes black and thats it this happens randomly.

Any help would be much appreciate.

Update your graphics driver and apply any windows updates needed. Potentially you may also need a BIOS update check which version you are on and update if it is not the newest
