Dear Ladies and Gentleman,
A few days ago I bought a Kingston M2 SSD (SUV500M8/240G, non NVME) from Mediamarkt. I installed it into my Moms PC (HP Pavilion of some type), yet couldnt get it to work or even show up anywhere (looked in Device Manager, Disk Partition, Kingston SSD software, BIOS and checked the BIOS settings if they were correct). Therefore i suspected a faulty SSD, so I installed it in my PC (custom built quite beefy pc, with Z370 Aorus Gaming 3 motherboard) and if worked instantly, recognized it first time and was able to initalize it no problem. My Question is why it wont work on my Moms pc, any compatibility issues? or anything else i havent thought about.
If needed I can start digging for more specific PC specs of both pc.
