[SOLVED] Problems with newly upgraded graphics card

Hello forum
I recently upgraded my graphics card to the ASUS Geforce RTX 2060 PH 6G and ever since i installed it i've been getting worse FPS in my usual games. (CoD Modern Warfare) and also experiencing crashes (Might be a Warzone issue)

I am convinced that i have installed my drivers correctly, and i've made sure to use DDU.

My current specs are:
CPU: Intel i5-4690, 4 x 3.50 Ghz*
GPU: ASUS Geforce RTX 2060 PH 6G
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaws 2133 MHz 2x4GB*
Motherboard: ASUS Z87-K*

My former GPU was: MSI GTX 660 TwinFrozr Gaming OC (FSP 500W)* (If this has any relevance)

My PSU is the fsp500-60hcn and I don't specifically have issues with other games, but I don't experience performance improvements either.

Your PSU is of (very) questionable quality. It may be failing under heavy load, contributing to your issues.

Is there a new one you could recommend, that is compatible with my current specs (May be upgrading to intel i5-9000F)?

I live in Denmark and my budget is roughly 125-175 dollars i'd say. If that is unrealistic, let me know
