Problems with PCI Serial Port driver

I recently finished my first custom PC build and everything is working like a charm, aside from a couple drivers which simply refuse to be found.

My problem drivers include:
PCI Serial Port
PCI Simple Communications Controller
and the SM Bus Controller.

Can anyone tell me what to do about this? Or even if it is a necessary fix?

They are all covered by the motherboard's Chipset driver which strictly speaking should be installed before any of the others.
