Problems with the GPU?

Basically one of my friends wanted to play Fortnite with me. Everytime I play Fortnite a prompt shows up that the driver I am using for my RX 480 (18.51) is problematic, but I didn't listen to it. Then while I was playing the whole screen went to random colors and then a blue screen appeared. Is this the game's issue or my graphics card's issue? I also have a friend with a RX 460 and I don't think something like this has happened to him.
The computer is like a month old and nothing like this has happened before and I mostly play CSGO, GTA V and PUBG on it, rarely Fortnite.

Should I be worried?

Solution
Remove the drivers with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller): https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller/

Allow the program to automatically reboot into Windows safe mode, and fully remove all graphics drivers.

Then allow the computer to automatically reboot back into Windows normal mode, freshly download a new copy of the drives for the RX 480, and reinstall them: https://support.amd.com/en-us/download
if it is really just fortnite, then you know that the problem is fortnite, I would suggest avoiding the game if it really bluescreens, I played that game before with my 960, at first the game was great performance wise, but eventually my frames dropped drastically and became unstable, I think they made changes that caused problems for some people.

Solution

Basically I wanted to test out my GPU for a few weeks and I gotta say that this thing fixed all the previous issues I had. I hope they never appear again. Anyway thank you a lot :).
