Problems with USB

Ive got a new computer but when i start installing windows the keyboard and mouse wont work. They work in bios till i boot to windows installation. Even lights turn off. **Update I turned off XHCI Hand-off and now the light stay on but still cant type or move the mouse.**

Specs:
Intel I5 8600
Asus ROG Strix B360-G
HyperX 16GB DDR4
Nvidia Gtx 1080
Thermaltake 750W PSU

What OS are you working with? This shouldn't be the case with Windows 10 but is a known issue with Windows 7. You're going to need to have a drive with the basic drivers for the platform copied onto it. Pen drives won't work after you finish your Windows 7 installation on anything Ryzen or Skylake(or post Skylake) platform.
