[SOLVED] Problems with weak Wi-Fi signal

Hi guys, I hope. You can help.
I live out in the country so I have to rely on streaming to have access to the net or to watch TV. I currently have a tmobile phone that I use as a portable hotspot. The problem is that the WiFi signal it broadcasts is too weak.. The phone hotspot receives 20 Gbps while my tablet (working off WiFi) only receives less than 1 Gbps.
Will a Wi-Fi booster increase the signal

Getting a USB modem and a traditional router might provide you the best option. Asus routers support many USB cellular modems.
