Since two days ago, my Windows Audio Device Isolation process has been consuming more than it should. It stutters whenever any audio is play once every 2-4 seconds. Even system alert sounds stutter.

The only change I made recently was the new Windows 10 updates, but I uninstalled them with the same problem. I update my Realtek Driver, updated my ATI drivers - even went in and disabled each driver in my Sound section of the DevManager, still not fixed or isolated.

Does anyone know what I can do? And yes I have the audio enhancements disabled from CPanel.

Solution
This shows what it does and how to fix it: http://www.howtogeek.com/273764/what-is-windows-audio-device-graph-isolation-and-why-is-it-running-on-my-pc/

See if this helps, it might not but its one problem the last patch created, and I have seen it effect other operations of windows as well: http://www.tomshardware.com/faq/id-3267507/fix-100-disc-usage-system-service.html

this might help too: right click start button
choose command prompt (admin)
type SFC /scannow and press enter

this scans system files and may fix this behaviour
seems there have been some changes to how windows handles audio: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/hardware/drivers/audio/low-latency-audio?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
