Probs with sky wireless sagem router

Hello,
I am trying to connect my laptop to my new sagem router, supplied by sky. Tried all combinations of security key to no avail.
Connection works fine with other wireless networks.
Connection works fine if I disable security completely. However, once I reset security (WPA2 PSK) it won't connect. Laptop sees the network but the internet won't connect. Help!

Hello and welcome to Tom's Hardware Forums.

Your laptop may be of a certain age when it could recognise WPA security level but perhaps not the more recent WPA2. Try changing to WPA - NOT WEP and see if makes a difference.
