Processor Allocation in game

I play RL and Csgo and whenever i hop into the game i FPS lag like crazy

I unplugged my power cable from my psu and placed it into another spot on my power strip and it solved the problem for about 7 hours

Anyways this problem started yesterday and i have scanned my pc for viruses with webroot. CCleaner and de fragmented my hardrives along with restarting my pc. Nothing Fixes

I have 3 120mm fan in my case with little dust lodged into the crevices and cpu cooler so there cant be an overheat..

Not sure whats really going on but

Temps look all good but this is at idle we would need to see when the graphics and the processor are being maxed out and pushed to there limits. You could use a game or better a stress test, even though they use 100% of your hardware they allow you to see temps clearly when at full power.

Run the programs or games for at least 15 mins before you gather your temperatures allowing your processor and graphics to heat up.
