Processor and KT3 Ultra

Will a AMD XP 2700+ Thoroughbred core 333FSB processor work on the MSI
KT3 Ultra Motherboard? What else will I have to do besides install the
processor? Flash Bios?

Assuming your ram and PSU will handle it the 2500 or 3200 Barton has
an x11 multiplier - should give an easy O/C.
