Question Processor compatability

I have a Compaq Presario CQ5320Y with a Pegatron Corporation Narra6 motherboard I think. Can I put this processor in as a replacement? If so what would it entail? Thank you

Though my research tells me that you need to make sure you've got the latest BIOS version for your prebuilt/motherboard before attempting to drop that processor into the socket.

Thank you good read from what I understood. Knob here... I do see the watts are the same. Bios has no updates anymore. I have an AMD Athlon II X2 240 in there now.
