Processor drop when playing

why does my apu (accelerate processing unit) drop down when playing battlefield 3 and other games like Terraria. My apu is AMD A10-4600M . I didnt have this problem before it came few days ago. Apu should run at 2700Mgz but runs at 1300Mgz in any game. I`ve already checked and its not over heating...even changed thermal paste.

look in the bios for an option called APM (advanced power management)and disable it, or disable on bios, cpu configuration or something like that core C6 state.

I didnt find such option in bios any other ideas ?
