processor for gtx 560ti (e8200 or e 9400)

I have gtx 560 ti in
G41 775 socket motherbord and
dual core e5700 3 ghz 2mb cache processor
It seems cpu is bottlenecking the gpu in some modern games,
And games that require 4 Cores
Such as farcry 4 and advanced warfare isn't playable(without dual core patches which are very annoying)
So I'm looking to buy a processor
Which is used one because I'm running on tight budget
I can find q8200(2.33ghz 4mb cache) for 4000rs
And q9400 for 8000rs
My question is will they again bottleneck gtx 560ti
And if not what is the best choice considering prices vs performance

You wont notice any considerable gain in FPS if you upgrade to e8200
which will still bottleneck gtx 560ti
q9400 is a good upgrade for you and it shouldnt bottleneck gtx 560ti
