[SOLVED] Processor problems with games

Hi Tom'sHARDWARE!

I have a middle range PC with an I3 4170, 8gb RAM, GTX 1050 ti from KFA2.

I play Heroes and Generals. The issue is although I have activated the game in that Nvidia control panel -> manage 3d settings -> etc., I think that it still runs on the processor.
When I play the game, there is a big frame drop and, interestingly, when I look at the Task Manager, the processor is 100% and my graphics card is 10%.
What do I do? The monitor is connected to the video card HDMI port.

Switch the 3d part over to the 1050ti to begin with. Otherwise there's much you can do other than buy a faster/better cpu.

Make sure that the monitor is plugged into the dedicated GPU (1050ti KFA2) and not to the mainboard.
If problem persist, your i3 could be the culprit and you must upgrade it.
