processor speed problem

need help.... i m facing problem with my laptop...the problem is that when i disconnect my laptop from power supply it becomes very slow....i have tried with different power plans bt no effect......can any budy tell me wats the actual problem with my laptop???

You can go into advanced power plan and set the cpu maximum processor state to 100% on battery but if that doesnt stop it then theres nothing you can do about it - its hardwired or in the bios that you cant access.
