My hp pavilion 15 e001ax AMD 5750m idle temperature when my laptop starts is 90 c and hits above 100 to 150 when used, Other temperatures are normal. Motherboard 35 to 50, HDD 35 to 45. Graphics 8650G+ 8600M near to 55 always. Please help. Fan is also most o the time noisy. I have changed the fan and heat sink once still this happens, Idle temp of the CPU is 90 in load near to 150 C.

I can't believe your temperature is really getting up to 150C - if it really got much over 100, your laptop would no longer be working.

Therefore, since you have no crashing or lagging (which you would have with an overheating CPU), your temperature sensor is probably broken. This would explain why your fan is usually noisy - it is running at full speed trying to cool the CPU.
Not sure if the fault is in the motherboard or the CPU, but its not going to be cheap or easy to fix.
If I were you, I would just ignore it.
Just dont do anything more by your self unless you want to kill laptop .... so my sugestion would be to take that lap to any local shop near u say them to change the heatsink and fan to an old original things.... it would be cheaper and good for u ...
Or u can again dismantle the heatsink and then replace it firmly so that it is in good contact with the chip ... and dont forget to apply the thermalpaste.
If this does not helps then buy a cooling pad for laptop ... thats least u could do

Yes the service center ones did put a thermal paste on it, after i complained them after replacing the fan and heatsink. still it does the same. before replacing the fan parts the laptop lagged a lot when reached above 100 c, now it doesn't even lag runs fine I can multitask too, after reaching to 135 C (just the cpu temp) it doesn't even crash too even if i am running any new games like black ops III and siege. it works fine its just noisy and the temp is always 100 c at idle state. i am not good at opening up laptops so i don't do. any help

i think its months now, though i gave it for a regular service and when the temp rised of the cpu i took it to the service center they said they appiled a thermal paste still temp rised up after some days.
