Processors and mother board supporting Windows XP

Is there any Intel or AMD processor and Motherboard available in the market which support Windows XP

May I ask why you need XP? It's long past end-of-support, and it's a terrible security risk. If you have software that doesn't run under anything after XP (as I do!), I would suggest having a current system and running XP in a virtual machine.
