Processors aren't working

Before i had 4 processors working.But after booting i only have 1 working and i can't use other 3 processors.

Since we obviously need to guess, I suppose he cannot see 3 cores of his quad core cpu after booting. what happens when you start task manager? any screenshots of the issue?
