well talking about FSB or known as Front Side Bus..
I read that PIV is better in softwares that requires deeper or more FSB.. actually wut part does FSB play in software?accomodate more instructions?

It determine the speed where the instructions are passed between the CPU and the mem. If a program needs a lot of memory accesing then a faster FSB can help to improve performance.

My case has so many fans that it hovers above the ground  .

SVOL has it right. The P4 runs on a Quad pumped 100 MHz bus so 400 MHz between CPU and RAM.

So PC 133 RAM runs on a 133 MHz Bus
So PC2100 RAM runs on a 266 MHz Bus
So Pc2700 RAM runs on a 333 MHz Bus.

So only PC2700 reaches out towards the bandwidth of RAMBUS (4x100).

I'm waiting for a P4 board with DDR333 or PC2700, USB 4.0 ATA 133. Then I'll buy new.
