Question Prodigy G102 mouse doesnt work.

Yesterday i got Prodigy G102 mouse as a gift, tried to use it but it keeps reconnecting and disconnecting, sensor never turns on, but rgb turns on and turns off automaticly, when rgb turns on mouse buttons work. Need help fixing the issue. Any help eill be apreaciatted.

Could be a cable problem,with the mouse plugged in try moving the cable about,especially near where it enters the mouse.

So does it have the issue on both systems? If yes the mouse is bad, contact Logitech support to get it replaced.
