[SOLVED] Profile failed login

After my computer constantly saying select boot device, I decided to reset to default settings in my bios. However, now when I log in, it says user profile failed to load. I tried the shift restart but I don’t see advanced options I press troubleshoot. Does anyone know what to do?

sound like the disk is failing.
try create a new user?
