[SOLVED] PROGRAM COMPATIBILITY ASSISTANT

I am running a HP desktop windows version 1903 build 18999.1 and having lots of problems with this program I have disabled it in Services and in GP and it still pops up even when no programs are running with the message "Program Compatibility Assistant cannot run on this version of windows .Any one know what's wrong?Please

This is the problem I don't have any programs open apart from my antivirus' Program Compatibility Assistant
Will not run on this version of windows 10" this message keeps popping up every few minutes even when the only thing open is the desktop .I can't find an update for it anywhere.

Avast free

If you uninstall Avast, which will leave the Windows Antivirus active, do you still have the issue?

Windows has just done an update to build 19008.6000 and so far the offending popup has not resurfaced thank heaven Checking windows feedback it appears I'm not the only one this has been happening to ,and they were working on it maybe this update fixed it ?

It would appear this was a Microsoft problem as reading their feedback other users were having the same problem machine did another update yesterday and so far so good
