Program for Disabling Cores

What's a good program for disabling cores on my FX 8320e? Motherboard bios won't work, thanks.

Has to be done in the BIOS. Why doesn't motherboard bios work?

Can't be done via software mate (only manually for certain programs & it won't stick after a reboot)

My board is crap I got it from digital storm:

I can only disable 0/1, 2/3, 4/5, 6/7 every 2 cores together. I wanted to disable every other one because of AMDs architecture.

You can't do that mate - there are 4 actual hardware cores with 2 modules per core.
You can only disable them in pairs via bios on ANY board.

You can disable them via task manager (set affinity) in any order you want for any program you want but without editing the registry (not recommended for novices) they will not last a reboot.
