I wonder if there is any program i can make no cd crack for pcgames.

There's nothing wrong with No-CD patches. Obviously everyone purchases the games that they're patching. It's just for convinience of course.

No to NO-CD patch are alike, if you want to create your own patches you will have to learn: assembler programation and use a lot of tools(softice, wdsm etc) to crack the exe. And also you need a lot of patience.

The conclusion is: just download the patch from the net.
